Don't know if any of you listened to this song or heard of it, but it sounds like a serious and motivational song. Kinda romantic because of some lyrics. When I listen to it, I think of two people:
A weak and anxious or depressive character that struggles with "the situation they can't get out of" and a strong-willed character that "delivers" the inner strength and motivation that character needs to rise up. "Deliver" is a metaphor for some message I don't want to expose. It's going to be a surprise!
Anyway, what anime could possibly fit a working concept like this?
