Changing Codecs

Post by Darksong17 » Sat Oct 04, 2008 5:23 pm

Okay. So the problem with some of my AVI raws is the fact that they are in Divx codec and thus crashing Adobe. I need to convert them to Huffyuv. Is there a simple way to do this? Can VirtualDub be used for this or something?

If it lags on playback, it's normal. It will be just fine when editing. :P It is supposed to be an editing codec and not a playback one.

That depends on your system specs.

Breaking it into clips and saving it through Adobe seems to clear up the lag. Awesomesauce.
