The song was too happy, but I can see that you wanted to portray the happier side of the film which is fine, but down to the core, this film is not. Would've been great if you mixed the happy stuff with the really fucked up tragic shit in the movie.
I didn't really wanna go overboard with alot of the war and gore sections of the movie since I really tried to focus more on the main character's happy memories in the song. I tried to let the lyrics direct the scene selection and those moments you thought I should add just didn't have anywhere to synch to it within the premise of the song's story.
