I plan on doing the opposite. There's a good handful of them already on youtube, but I'm basically going to do the same song and same two animes. Yep.

I mean, yeah I wouldn't really mind if someone did something already if I like it. If I don't like it, I wouldn't care and make mind anyways.

it's happened to me several times Mal and depending on how good the video was I get 1 of 3 reactions:

1.) yay that was much better than I would have done it and now the idea is out of my head and I have no impulse to edit it anymore.
2.) hrmm a mediocre video(accompanied by annoyed faces for ruining some idea i had in my head that will now look like a 'copycat' if i make it) so I don't. of course if the idea doesn't go away I might find another source to try and pull it off to get the damned idea out of my head.
3.) WTF was that shit!!? great -_- now I'm going to make this myself so that it gets done properly. (or thoughts to that effect)

Well no it hasn't happened me, but I have had times where I waited to long to get to work on a video that I had lost inspiration/ideas I had in mind for it...

DokiDoki did that to me, but his concept was way better so I decided to drop the project.
