Good point, Eva-Fan. I recently decided I would do a totally evil, bizarrely sick AMV using the music of Chris Gaines, Jars of Clay, HIM, Cyndi Lauper, and T.A.T.U.

Its sad to see you haven't gotten over the whole studio ordeal and decided to just mind your own business. Your picture was amusing but ironicly enough befitting coming from you.

Flint... I don't see how I was being generic at all really. I'm using a song that may or may not have a antichrist theme present in it, however, with my editing I plan to reflect some form of antichrist theme through it. I'm pretty sure what i'm doing is the opposite of generic? Isn't that called something more along the lines of creative? BTW I like how your comparing linkin park to the bands in question when they sound nothing alike. Very amusing. I think the only one being generic here is you.

I dont mind argueing but nothings going to change on this end so there's really no point to this.

@ Tony_Fyr & Flint, although I didn't keep my convo with Warheart on this exact topic, I'll sum it up for you. One doesn't have to be using Nhilistic Death metal to make an antichrist/satanic video, the mep isn't to tailor to a single person's personal taste in music. Each editor is free to make what the "theme" is to them.

You don't have to agree, you aren't being asked to participate and there's very little point to your continuing the arguement since such a shallow view point will hardly change my mind. Considering that much of the information is in the previous pages in the thread I don't see why you bothered to even post the same old crap that's already been settled. I suggest you pay more attention to the quote in you're own sig.
Alternatively as eva-fan suggested you could always show us how it "should" be done by making a segment (which would still need to get past Jannis from an editing standpoint) |:

Whatever else I would say has already been said by Eva-fan and Danielle, video plays a much more important role to how "satanic" the result is. Think of it the reverse way too - you can use the heaviest damn music and make something that is NOT satanic. It's not all about the audio. Audio can be very secondary when trying to convey a message through an amv (not saying it always is, but it can be).
