It's very difficult to write up a review for this since there really isn't all that much to touch on. I'll do my best though.
First thing that hit me right away when watching this was the video quality. It's awful. You have borders on the top and bottom, both of which can be easily cropped out with an .avs script. Read the guides for more information on this. Overall your video quality was quite bad in every single way video quality CAN be bad. (With the exception of interlacing)
You also mislabeled your second download in a lot of ways. It's labeled as a direct AVI download however it is neither. A rapidshare link would be "indirect" and its not an .avi, it just looks like the same .wmv file, so I have no idea why you would upload this video to two separate locations in the first place if they're exactly the same.
Onto the video itself...
This video had a very retro style of editing, which seems these days to actually be a synonym for shitty. The black flashes were not used in what I would consider to be appropriate places, the TV filter has NEVER looked good in AMV's, I don't honestly know what any editors see in it, and the other Vegas standards were all present. This video is a prime example of why I don't respect the average Vegas editor. Most of their videos rely on the same few shitty looking presets and rest assured this video has ALL OF THEM.
Also, in your attempt to make this video "different" by taking the most "badass fight scenes instead of just the average ones" as you put it, you made the exact same Bleach video everyone makes. They all obviously take the fight scenes that appeal to them, slap them in a video with some heavy sounding song and half ass editing, and try to say that their video is different because of it. Truthfully a Bleach fight video is about as original as a romantic comedy, which obviously isn't saying all that much.
As much as I hate to be a bastard, I'm going to give this video a 0/5. Your presentation of the video is sloppy to begin with as well as your editing of it. This brings absolutely nothing new to the table in any way as far as editing is concerned and this just feels like the same shit we've all seen for the past few years.
Thats not to say I discourage you from editing. By all means, if theres anything to take from this review its "keep trying". What I would recommend you do is watch a few hundred more videos before you make your next one. Then form your own theories about what makes a good video, and edit from there. It seems like you didn't know what you wanted to do in this video, aside from make one, and it is painfully obvious.
