can anyone recommend a song to use??
something fast paced.
one thats NOT heavy metal plz

Check the band Maximum the Hormone. You're sure to find something there. I recommend "Houchou Hasami Cutter Knife Dosu Kiri". I know there are other bands for this but nothing else comes to mind at the moment.

Well, thousand foot krutch has some non metal actionish songs, and they're a christen band, so I doubt you'll find "hidden satanic messages." "Move" and "last words" for an example.

However, I'd like to point out that even very few seculer songs have satanic messages. Even alot of metal doesn't.
