Aw damn...but I can sense that it's some sort of shonen anime. That's definitely a shonen anime scene...IS IT POKEMON?!

That does look familiar. Of course a bed and a desk are not exactly the most uncommon things one could find. I want to say Kanon (The original one, I recall the alarm clock being shaped like a bird in the '06 one.

Well here we can also clearly see an elbow with yellow garments attached and the elbow looks kinda young. So think of waking up scenes with kids in yellow shirts.
