1...

Another quickie edited together in about 3 hours. I'll admit it, I'm a Silent Hill geek to the max.
Unlike a lot of typical fan boys, I actually liked Silent Hill 4. The fact that "4" was very different than what the series is normally, is probably why I liked it so much.

You be the judge whether this is horror or not. I myself think it to be more drama than horror.

Thanks to blabbler for screen testing a version of this.

Note: I did a little sound mixing in this vid as well, but only to the song. The bass kicks in just a little more than normal, and obviously the beginning was edited too.

You can never get enough of dancing frogs.
42 is old. It's time we found a new meaning to life.
Go to hell 42.

Silent Hill?

/me gets

EDIT: Pretty nice video you made there in such short time x]
Certainly 4 is not the best in the silent hill series but it wasnt bad either!
I almost shit myself when those ghosts appeared in the appartment and you are running around in 1st person view there >_>
Anyway to the vid: I assume you recorded your footage from the PC version cause i highly doubt the console versions support HD. I could tell the quality difference between in game and fmv sequences.
The Video catched the mood of the game pretty good and it was more drama than horror. The video gave me the feeling the game gave me again... You are alone and you probably aimed for that.
This is a really good video, every fan of SH should get it.
This video will remain in my collection x] GMVs are always highly welcome! And btw kudos for HD version i was actually surprised to see SH4 in such a high resolution.

No, sequels are usually even worse.

Sure.

Useful edit for once: I downloaded the 480p version and for some reason, even though the download appeared to be completed normally, it got cut off at 02:29.. Is the filesize 40,1 mb? Have you tested the upload or it is an internet fault on my side? Because it really didn't appear to have problems downloading, I think.. Can someone confirm that?

I DL'd the 720p and it ran flawlessly on my puny laptop. I'm a fan of the SH series and this AMV drips with the mood and feel of a cut-scene from the game itself.

Loved the vid. I am also a SH geek, and although I didn't think SH4 was as fun to play as the others, the story and visuals were top notch.

Did you rip the footage from the PC version ?
