Video Comments Length Stuck..?

See how the comments are cut off? Well when I go to edit videos, the text in the comments box is still complete, just that the Video Info page is cutting it short for some reason. Is this a bug? I am pretty sure I've seen longer comments than this...

Can you copy/paste the exact text from your comments box? I may have an idea.

Don't use a < unless you're creating an HTML tag.
