I don't know what to make of this.
On the one hand, it somehow transcends the rubbishness of the music and animation, in the process becoming something so bad that not only is it astonishingly good, but so astonishingly good that it could only have been made by a transvestite. On the other hand however, it is an IC vid, and therefore such qualities are probably accidental.
Either way, I should have paid more attention to neverend.
