Sounds like fun.

Anyone know if it will be subbed or dubbed?

it's most likely limited engagement, so it's cheaper (and possibly faster) to sub than to dub I'm guessing.

That and subbed will probably draw in more loyal fans

Also the movie's live-action.

On general principle, when a foreign language live-action movie is run in theaters, it's run in its native language with subtitles.

This is not a new process (similar has been done for even wider release movies such as 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon', 'Life is Beautiful', 'Flags of Our Fathers', and 'Pan's Labyrinth.')

They'll prob. create an English dub track for the DVD release, but they almost never dub live-action movies for theatrical runs.

...son of a bitch, I meant 'Letters from Iwo Jima', not 'Flags' ...sorry...my bad.

I may be mistaken, but this appears to be by the organization putting on the event, and it says that it's dubbed.

I'd go, but I don't think taking about a 20-mile bus trip each way in the middle of the week is very realistic for me.
