I always leave QCs ^_^

Though people arn't always happy to get them 0-0; ....

Hmm I've never made an amv, likely never will.

Just a viewer here, and I don't know what you went through to make the video, the hell, the long hours. It's not like I can comment on the technique as if I knew

All ya get from me is 1 thru 5, and a brief reason.

1s, usually told it sucked as far as I was concerned and some brief reason.
I likely hated the song, or it just wasn't any good at all.

3 I usually say good job, I just wasn't thrilled by it.

4s are my usually hey that was good.

5s are for anything I plan to play way too much the first week.

I usually note in the comment if I would have preferred to give it a six.

But I can say it all in a sentence, and a long paragraph is pointless, I won't be getting that thorough, because I can't.

Of course I do, I am an important person, just ask my pet rock. And important people are influential, just ask my cats. so I have to be careful about what I say or do, since I am so important. ^_^

It seems to me that more and more often now, QCs have become a way for people to flame or otherwise bitch under a veil of anonymity. They don't want to be chewed out for dissing a video publicly in the forums, so they choose to let loose, whether it be justified or not, in Quick Comments.

I used to look at them for simple, succinct feedback, but now they're more of a nuisance than anything, to me.

i have only had 4 quick comments, and they have all been positive, still don't like them

and I did not know they were anonymous, I figured there was a record kept somewhere of who made the comment.

The only numbers that I really find important on this site are my download stats.. (they are my e-penis) all the other numbers have been highly subjective, so they don't carry as much weight.. unless they are from an editor I really respect and signing a QC means nothing, as Ileia said, people can falsify them.

they are annon to the receiver, but the admins (I donno about the mods) can see who is leaving what, so if you do ever feel harassed through them, then it can be taken care of.

Haha, i use to think rotosoping = mask done in photoshop >_<;
So whenever i saw erase tool marks around the edges, i called it rotoscoping ...yeah : /
