  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Wow I wasn't expecting that. It was Nightwish so I was expecting something different because I haven't seen the anime.

It was really nice. The kind of a video that pulls you in. I totally forgot about the lenght and not once it felt too repeatative, even if there wasn't a coherent story to follow. The clip slection and mood sync were just excellent. I had no clue what it all was about but.. dammit, I don't know how to explain >_< It was really focused stuff. I just totally forgot about everything else while watching this. I didn't even pay attention to the technical form and sync patterns of this video, which is really rare in my case >_>

And I really want to see the anime now. I'm addicted to surreal stuff like this D:

However, the mood sync aside, I think you could have paid some more attention to beat sync. I know I said the mood sync overruled it but I still would have liked it better if you had taken full advantage of this instrumental track. It had some really intense parts, at least compared to the slower and quiet parts. However, technically the video didn't change much along with the music even if the clips changed their tone.

It's a keeper  The mood was really really intriguing. I think I'm constantly going to form one interpretion after another with this one

A very nice AMV. The scene selection and song choice went really well together. I might just have to go check this anime out now. :) Good work!

As was said, the mood sync is fabulous. Not very coherent, but beautiful to watch.

I'm getting this series.

That was amazing. The fact that this AMV has made me desperately want to watch Mushi-Shi is proof enough for myself that it rocks. Nice flow and pace in the vid, my friend told me that each episode deals with a different character so I can understand it's randomness, but I think you gave a nice general idea of how awesome the anime itself is.
