EDIT: You know that I didn't like this too much, but it was a good vid nevertheless. I'm glad that you managed to make some good changes compared to beta Wink
(P.S. I'm even more glad that you finally made something =o)
I knew your opinion about it beforehand Marko so don't worry.I also know you kinda despise Hammerfall too. Can't say I like them a lot too.^^
Still I wanted to make a simple drama action vid after the last sentimental drama ones. And thank you a lot for the beta-testing.These were some pretty good conseils.^^
And hey,now that you're also near the exams season you haven't also made anything...

I didn't really like this one, sorry.
First of all, I didn't really know what the vid was about other than a sword wielding girl killing guys. But I haven't seen the anime either, although I doubt knowing the story of the source would've helped me much.
This vid will appeal to some crowds who are fans of Hammerfall, or fans of Claymore. But other than that, the vid is lacking a lot of originality.
Also, I would like to have those credits on screen for longer, because I don't have to hit the pause button for subliminal credits.
Sorry man, maybe next time.
2/5
If you observed a bit more, you'd realise that those guys' blood was deep pink, not red. So,they're not normal guys, but monsters.Yoma as I write in the vid description. That's the reason I included an anime description in the video description,to help those unfamiliar with Claymore to get a better view of it.I also explain there what are those sword-wielding girls.
All in all,FIRST read the vid description and THEN watch the video. It HELPS,believe me.

(no,I'm not angry

)
As for originality, hey, that's a character profile amv.How much originality can you add to this genre?I can accept comments like "didn't like the song" or not "the editing wasn't to my liking" but telling me it lacked originality when I try to portrey the real story, that's out of the question.I didn't go for originality in this one.I can't make every video like Playboy Sousuke...
Still thanks for your time man.And yeah, this amv mostly focuses on Claymore fans, like me...^^

EDIT: wtf! wtf! wtf?
nah, j/k, well sort of =P... I think I can get the story now even though I haven't seen the anime, and the vid description helped quite a bit (might take a few rewatches if you haven't seen it...). I think you pretty much know how I feel about this, will drop an op when I have a bit more time =).
Don't mess with the wtf just because I wrote about it in the vid description.
And I'm glad someone who hasn't seen Claymore managed to understand what's going on.After all,it's not that complex guys.Read the vid description and pay a bit attention...^^
Thanks in advance for the op.and thanx for the beta-testing too.

I liked it, i'm starting to think i should check out the anime ... but that song ... >_<; It sounded like Def Leopard or something lol. Not really my style.
3.5/5
It's the only amv i know of with lolis, camel toe, decapitation AND elfs :O
Sorry for not informing you but you were never online in msn when I sent it for beta-testing...^^
Glad you liked it.And yeah,I can feel you about the song.Don't like Hammerfall too but the song did its job.Go check Claymore now...
About the amv characteristics XD XD XD XD

EDIT: Overall I thought it was alright, definitely an appropriate tribute to the character. Although part of me found it difficult to sit through the video and I can't decide whether it was because of the song or the scene selection. I found there was clear understanding of where and how to sync, but sometimes the scenes chosen just didn't sit right or violated the expected chronological experience. 3.5/5
I believe it must have been due to the song...^^
About scenes sitting right or not, well there are leaps forward and backwards in the amv so I assume you're talking about them.Cause synch-wise I'd like to believe that it's almost dead on...
Thanks for your comments!!

I'll let you go.For now...
j/k,hope you'll do a good job with the contest. And don't worry about the poster, make it when you get time.

Edit: Okay Very Happy Pretty good for a 4 episode AMV. I think even if people haven't seen Claymore before then the story is pretty clear - Teresa is the cold overpowered warrior, meets Clare, softens up, which then becomes her tragic downfall. I still think the AMV would appeal more to fans of the series like me though Wink I think you should have attempted to use other episodes of adult Clare, maybe of her reflecting on those events, it would have made the entire carrying of the head scenes easier to understand to people who have not watched the show. Umm the AMV itself, it seemed to heavily be based on external synch, I'm not a big fan of external synch - black flashes to rapid beats etc, just personal preference so I would have liked to have seen a bit more internal synch. Good use of motion and scene changes. Anyway 4/5 =D
edit2: actually scrape what I said about using other episodes, the AMV itself is fine as a Teresa tribute, just the short shot of Clare with glowing eyes, might not make sense to some people or who that actually was.
Finally a hardcore Claymore fan.We must spread the love for it Vincent cause I don't see any people here who have actually watched (or read) Claymore.Except for Oli.C...
Thanks for your comments man, glad you liked it as a whole.I also believe that the story is pretty clear but thanks for making it simple for me.^^
As for external synch, well yeah,I tend to use it a lot.Internal synch goes better with me in sentimental amvs afterall...
