I've started a new project in January and there's about 15-20% done of it, and it will not be finished until some more month have passed. So I decided to make a new short video, because I haven't released one since July 2007.
Then I got the song HYPERPOWER! & The Animatrix & my Brain and threw it into a Vessel and mixed it up and this is what I got!

I don't want to write much about the amv, but the first part of it describes the 2nd Renaissance Part 1&2. It show's mankind and the machines having a senseless war with their incredible powers. It's a little bit abstract.
The 2nd part shows several persons (in different initual situations) in the Matrix, knowing or realizing that they have Special Powers.
The 3rd part shows this persons using their Powers and Beliefs, finding themselves in different outcomes ... (make your own interpretations, I had mine.)

EDIT: I actually don't know what to say other than awesome or something like that. It had everything I wanted. Good Syncing. Fitting effects. Action all over the place. Nine Inch Nails. A plot that was easy to follow. Great Quality. I have none more to say. 5/5 new top fav video and I can't stop watching it, it's on loop.

mhm... Here and there some tweaks at the typographie at the beginning...
For me there lies too much focus on beat sync at the beginning instead of atmosphere and I wished that the last scenes would go more into the Machina feeling. I mean the scenes where they fight in the Asian simulator feels out of place for me. After all the last part of the song got a good ending.

I give you... 4.15/5

Good job. The effects were alright and I do enjoy it.

Damn it. I wanted to make a vid with it too =P It´s mys favorite song from the record. Well I can make one now because I know that it would look different and not like the same.

A plot that was easy to follow. Great Quality.

Which plot?

It´s random. Nothing more. Doesn´t mean that it´s a bad thing here, but there is everything else than an obvious in my opinion.

Edit:
According to the other comments it might highly be that this vid is only something for people who like the song like me. I think that they bring up good points.

I kinda lost interest and got bored with it halfway through tbh. But that's because I hate AMV's with these boring instrumental songs. The intro with the screen edits was pretty hawt. Editing was pretty nice. But I just couldn't get into it rly :/ 3/5

Honestly, it didn't seem all that good to me o_O

I dont like the whole blue matrix text dealio you did, the effects other than that seemed pretty nice, and it had its high points, but there are quite a few parts in the vid that i just didn't like. There are alot of parts I thoroughly enjoyed aswell though, mainly the part toward the end where the editing changed up.

It's apparent that you have a lot of skill, so ill watch out for your future works, just didn't really dig this one.

To be honest I'm not really a fan of Animatrix but ur video had some fresh style on it and kept me interested till the end. Bauzi might have mentioned about the font at the beginning and I pretty much agree about it since the whole video had this ''digital feeling'' so a font style such as ''Acen'' or ''Earth'' would've done a better job in this case.

The beat sync was tight at the beginning but it became a bit of a burden after 0:34 and those scanlines were not necessary.
