It sucks. It gets better to the end, but in general I really don´t like it and well I´m a NiN fan too.

What I disliked:
Quality: I see what you used there...

Lipsync: God. If you have so much lip sync in it than do it the right way!!!
1) You change characters. Doesn´t work here. Why did you lipsynced? I would have got it anyway. "There is no fuckin´ you. There is only me." It´s not hard to figure out why you see his father there. Everybody can figure out this change of focus easly without the lipsync.
2) The mimik of the lipsync often doesn´t fit at all.
3) General technical problems. No good lipsync. Problems with still images.

Editing: Hell... This song is still something calm and I was really annoyed when you synced so much and so fast. It doesn´t fit imo. After the 3rd quarter of the video it seamed to become better.

Some nice ideas at the scene selection, but in general the video didn´t worked out good.

I agree that the video lip snyc could have better man I'm still learning to do it right.. Anyone who remembers my earlier videos will know what I mean. However I never saw this as a slow song, maybe I'm odd.

I was actually wishing for some more synching here and there, while I thought those mech fight scene seemed akward and didnt fit the mood though. Some things here and there were to choppy, the lip synch was..very bad in lots places (I think I only catched 1 lip synch I'd call good), the quality sucked..but overall I was still pleased with the video.

Not a keeper but a nice watch, also definitally an improvement from your older videos.

Only a calm song? How come? It's maybe a little slower nin song, but not calm, it's really aggressive imo

I thought your syncing was really chaotic throughout the video, it really changed every few seconds form drums to guitar to synthesizer to lipsync, really it was pretty much random! The product of it was me hoping for sync where nothing was synced at all and other parts where synced like hell where it was definetly not fiting. And sorry but your LipSync definetly sucked to me, needs a lot more work. As for Audio/Video combination. Typical NIN/EVA video. If I think of it, every nin song would fit eva >_> Anyway I already saw a video called Only Shinji also with nins only, can't remember it that good. But anyway, even though you could have build an awesome storyline with that song, I couldn't get any story out of your video. As for Video quality it was in 720x480 ---> needs to be 4:3. It was mediocre video quality, could have been much better.

Well I understand your opinion about it but the plot seems rather obvious.
Shinji is abused by his father mentally and obsessed with Asuka.. Leading up
to him killing gendo and banging asuka. This is an internal struggle video, sorry
not your cup of tea. Anyway, I agree lip sync still working on after all this time.
I still can't figure out avi-synth and it drives me up a wall, even though the quailty
would have been way better. However these are old DVD's here. I liked the lain video but it's a very different type of video in comparison, a different struggle. Though I think the problem is I let the story take over too much.

The song is one of theire more calm stuff in my eyes. I just have to look at the original video that our local music channel played on tv one summer long.

I do agree that the plot of the video is okay. I prefer this more chaotic stuff here instead of straight story.
