Ok guy. Did you read the first post? I don't want to sound like an asshole, but all the technical problems you've been having (resolution issues, and now framerate issues) were all addressed in the first post from the beginning. I linked to the specific parts of the guides that explained exactly how to get both the correct resolution for 16:9 sources as well as how to get your source to 29.97 fps after deinterlacing.
Go look at the Technical Requirements section in the first post again.
