"Working out the quirks ... ... is well worth the qc's." If you try again, gl

-I somewhat agree with you on the VidID tag limitations. Maybe that should be brought up in the Site Feedback forum; personally, I would be pleased if the VidID tag allowed the first two listings under 'Various' to be shown. [I simply mentioned it here in case you didn't know about it... which could save you some time... but yeah, it makes sense why you didn't use it

-hehe, yeah u should've used more than 2 episodes each
-to me, it looks like you're thinking too much about every detail
-I don't think you should remake it. You will be much better off applying what you learned from this AMV to your next one-- because the same amount of effort will go towards making something new... opposed to the same amount of effort making something virtually the same. By the time you finish, the whole project will just feel stale.
-The anime crossover is something only people familiar with the footage will notice. I appreciate the effort, but most of the time it will be lost to the audience, regardless of how easy or hard it was to do.
-The same goes for Effects. They usually go to waste when they are unnoticeable. IMO, this is one of the toughest things about amv's... you need to strike a happy medium between your editing being noticeable, without being intrusive. In this case, I didn't really notice the crossover until I read the description-- now is this a good thing or a bad thing? For you, or for the audience? Dunno. you'll have to decide for yourself.
