An excerpt from chapter nineteen, verse 12 (page 262) of Copycat_Revolver's review of this video:
...'twas truly executed with a signifigant ignorance and disregard for every major advance in post-modernism since the mid-eighties. Furthermore, I believe that the eighteen minute long spoken word segment in the middle of the video seemed a bit forced. Although I am a bit curious as to how you got such a high quality field recording of Marquis Ferryton McFodbottom IV who, as I recall, actually died sometime in the seventeenth century, prior even to the development of the wax cylinder.

Additionally, I don't see any real point in the inclusion of the hand-drawn segments which seemed in place only to skoff at the very minimal differences in habitat between the muskrat and the California duneweasel. Certainly an odd point to make with so much work going into it.

Although I have my discrepansies, I did appreciate the "twang" you infused the stills of Fascist Propaganda with that played during the second half of the video. It was quite nostalgic of my youth whose bulk was spent working in a tavern on the southern peninsula of a country I will not name. I will not extrapolate on my duties at said tavern, but I must admit this video sent me back to my days with Fryer McFadden and his illegal gunrunning operation that sent so many pregnant cows to an untimely death, and so many of my comrades to an unwelcome deportation to distant lands.

Now, as for the sequence where you seemed to channel the works of the late dietician/beekeeper Sir Reginald Marzipan Jonestown...
Sadly, the rest was lost to a grease fire.

...Haven't watched the video yet actually, but I most certainly will...eventually.

Edit: By the way, I was totally disappointed when I saw the title and then noticed a dire lack of Pixies music. Shame on you.

I would like to speculate that your review is perhaps curiously apt. However I shall reserve judgement, until I too have seen the video in question.

Yours hurriedly,

I think the "blabbler" tacked on as the author of the post was enough to get me to click.

Seeing as you weren't expecting anyone to leave critical analysis, I'm going to live up to your expectations and end my comments on this video..good stuff... here.

Bad luck, I can't believe you were doing one using obscure, dated skits of dubious comedic value as well! What are the chances?

Or does that mean you like it? I swear, I don't understand anything anyone says around here...

Yeah. Remember not to tell me what you think without continuous prompting, won't you?

Yes. What?! I'd like to be the first to offer my deepest sympathy to the family and friends of CrackTheSky, who yesterday found the unfortunate young man wandering the streets naked, with a spoon forced so deeply into his left ear, that surgeons fear it will be impossible to remove.
Clinical specialists also speculate that the extensive brain damage suffered by CrackTheSky may have resulted in an impairment of his critical faculties, specifically with regard to the assessment of AMVs. Etc.

Yeah, it's kind of out of context too, I cut off the bit that establishes that it's a radio phone-in gardening programme. Then I further confused matters by having the characters in the same scene. Also it probably isn't very funny.
Incidentally there is a popular current theory that describes humour on an absolute scale, it's facinating stuff, with america at one end, and britain at the other. On this scale, germany would be somewhere just above america. Needless to say, the scale would need to be logarithmic, otherwise you would have serious problems getting it on one piece of paper.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it.

You make some very good points, although it would take far too long to list them all. However, wave of mutilation would’ve been a better choice than whatever crap I used.

You choose a song for a romance video, I’ll do you something that will scar you, and anyone else unlucky enough to see it, for life :p

By mentioning your hot ass, you show either tremendous courage in the face of ridicule, or you missed the bit in that last post where I called you a whoopsie.

That said, I graciously accept your gushing praise... But better than the poster?! Are you blind?

edit: what the hell does that smilie mean? You use it on every post, it confuses me...
