New Encoding of Code Monkey AMV

The early upload of my video Code Monkey had a serious quality issue. After a bit of work (and a lot of questions in these forums) I think I've got a much better h264 version now available for local download.

Please give it a look, especially if you noticed the quality issues in the earlier version. I welcome any constructive feedback.
