2008 Opinions - Free

Considering it is a new year soon, I've decided to have a lovely opinion thread.

Here are the rules, please read them carefully!

Rule # 1: Restricted Anime

No Dragonball Z, FFVII AC or Hentai.

Rule # 2: File Formats

No WMV.
Only AVI with XVid or any MP4

Rule # 3: Time Length

None longer that 4:30 (this does not include credits/openings)
M-E-P's are fine, and can contradict this rule.

Rule # 4: Audio

No Death Metal or Hard Metal. (PM for questions on details)

Rule #5: Opinion Length

Varies. Each depends on how well I liked the video, what exactly is on my plate at night, and how much I actually care at the moment.
Can vary from short paragraph to massive essay.

Rule # 6: Getting The Opinion

Step One: Post your video ID (That corresponds with the rules)
Step Two: Patience (I have a busy life. Opinions can take from one day to two weeks)

Rule # 7: Extra Info

Hentai anime can be used, if there is no explicit sexual activity.

M-E-P's are fine, but might take longer.

Exeptions to the WMV rule can be made, but please pm me first.

Editors may post more than one video, or let me choose a video at random. If more than one video is posted, I cannot promise it will be done as quickly.

Opinion thread will close when I say it closes.

I will not tolerate any and all negative feedback from any and all opinions I give on this thread. If you have an issue and have a "reasonable" argument as to why my opinion is faulty, please PM me and I will consider your proposal. Flaming or Trolling or Innapropriate comments will be reported.

Notes:

Most of you guys have dealt with me before. And for that, I apologize. ^_^

Sometimes, I will miss your opinion, and I might not get around to downloading it until I get access to high speed internet.

As always, I have a life, and this site is not on the top of my lists of concerns. I'm on Christmas Vacation from school currently, so opinions will be given relatively soon until January 7th (when I go back to school).

Also, here are a list of my major peeves when it comes to AMV's.

I don't like Action videos very much.
I don't like anything with Hellsing.
I don't like anything without a concept or plot.
I love high-speed techno songs.
I love light-hearted anime.
I love romance/sentimental/drama anime/AMV's.
I love Fruits Basket, Lucky Star, and anime of that nature.
Video quality that is poor is automatically a turn-off.
Subtitles are a turn-off.
Lip sync (in most cases) is a turn-off.
Digital effects should be tasteful and not a default "template" effect.
I love original videos. I want a story.

Fair warning: I do grade opinions on my peeves. ^_^
