Chrono's Lament

Post by thundercatlord » Sat Dec 22, 2007 4:12 pm

Once again, this is a video I've had up for a couple of months, but am just now announcing it.

The anime is Chrono Crusade, and the music is Linkin Park's: What I've Done.
Now before anyone goes and bashes me for using Linkin Park, because everyone uses their music... The choice of music was based entirely on the song itself, not on the popularity of Linkin Park. The song "What I've Done" is not like the normal run of the mill Linkin Park song. Also this is not one of those "quickly put together videos with no editing whatsoever, just because I like the song and anime" types. Not at all, I made this with the intention to make people think. This AMV centers around Joshua, Chrono, and Rosette. The video show what actions each of the characters take and how it affects those around them and each other. For example what Joshua has done while under the influence of Aion , Chrono's sins of the past, and Rosette's influence on humanity while under the control of Aion. I have enter this into Sakura-Con's 2008 AMV contest.

Please let me know what you all think!

Very nice! One of the best Chrono AMV's I've seen without relying heavily on special effects. I did cringe when I saw "WMV" and almost passed on downloading it but you did an excellent job editing and rendering-out the video. I had to go back and verify I actually read "WMV".

Good luck at Sakura Con!

Yeah, I upload WMV versions to the Org. Just because they are generally smaller in size. I have more than one version of each of my videos. The one that is going to the Con, for example is an AVI. I didn't know until recently that people tend to stay away from WMV.

Well, I guess I'm too new around here to care about a video being in WMV. Besides, that means I can be sure it will play on my Xbox 360! I really liked your video which I think captures the characters well and just plain looks cool, without being overdone with effects. :)
