...but I don't have any for you. However here's some Arima and Miyazawa as cute cuddly animals.... and their appearance in the remaster of my second non collaborative 2001 video.

This is not a pure remaster. I changed maybe 10-15% of it to get rid of orphan frames and clean up transitions. But it's mostly scene for scene to the original. I made two major changes, but mostly because I can't remember my motivation for the jumble of scenes in the original in those particular instances.

So I call this "the director's cut."

Special note, because the DVDs lacked the sex scene which was in the SVHS originals used to make the first version (Gainax aired it, but removed it from both the R2 and the R1 DVD releases), I had to actually redraw those cut scenes for this video. Those frames alone took about 15 hours.

This remaster has been in the works for months, and probably constitutes well over 100 total hours of combined work.

Very nice. There were a lot of cuts which I thought were too quick and might have benefited from a cross-fade instead of a pure cut, but seriously, the re-drawing of that sex scene totally made this video a win for me. I was SO MAD when I bought that last DVD and found out they'd cut that scene, it was so tastefully done.
The drawings were awesome, great job!

Like kiarrens said, some of the cuts, especially in the beginning were too fast and hard, but as it went on the flow got much smoother. Some of the scenes also seemed a little random. However, I thought you did an excellent job of reanimating those frames and implementing them, and I loved the mood of the video.

I was a tad dissapointed.

Like kiarrens and aesling said, the early parts were a tad too fast for me, but by the end I was in love with the video.

Very nice, gotta check this anime out. ^_^
