that's not the problem. I have done all that, except for the last part. But, again. Not the problem. It says, contact the administrator that is in charge of this site. it won't let me do a damn thing. I'm getting annoyed, because this is a little complicated. I'm used to just the click upload put in info, upload. not all this. The problem is, that I think that there is a problem with the site. Here:
