Are you being too forgiving on the one week? I mean, lord knows theres enough people in the project already, not including the backups. You could just start kicking people... or is that too harsh? In actuality we're 5 weeks behind right now. On the contrary perhaps a "keep cool guys, it'll get done when it gets done" approach is best. Welllll???CrackTheSky wrote:Actually, I'm not gonna lie, it's going rather slowly :/

Of course I'm going to go with the "Keep cool guys, it'll get done when it gets done" approach, you know me.meleechampion wrote:Are you being too forgiving on the one week? I've been lenient on the week-long thing a couple times, only by one or two days though. One person has dropped, but s/he dropped by basically conceding s/he couldn't do it after trying to edit for the week-long period. The backup editors are for people who drop ahead of time.
Another reason it's going slowly are that a couple people have told me they were not able to edit when I asked them to, so could I wait a few days and ask again or rearrange the list slightly so they're a bit further down. Also, people somtimes forget to include their music and anime listing when they PM me with their finished video track, so I can't contact the next editor until all that info is received. It's all added up, I don't think we're quite five weeks behind (six editors have finished, I haven't put up the sixth editor's info yet becasue s/he forgot to include some info in his/her PM to me).
Also, screw you godix.

Yeah had to expect these sort of issues to arrise, even basic stupidity of forgetting to send you the next song, I mean crap how much time have you guys spent on it already waiting for your time to come up and then to just forget to send it off to the next person for progression... oh well shit happenes mate, not much you can do about it.

That means we're only 2 weeks behind now. Well,it's not so bad as I thought.Crackerz wrote:Another reason it's going slowly are that a couple people have told me they were not able to edit when I asked them to, so could I wait a few days and ask again or rearrange the list slightly so they're a bit further down. Everything will go fine,as long as editors suddenly won't start dropping out after starting their segments. I mean, there could be even situation like this :
Somenone finishes segment -> Sends super crazy audio -> Another editor receives the audio -> (one week later) "OH NOEZ,I COULDN'T FINISH IT,'CUZ IT'S LIKE SUPAH CRAZEH MUZACK!".
Hurrah! And for something like this we're one week behind XD But that's only one week, and you just think if a CHAIN of such incidents would start?
