I see. I take it this means BloodRayne is an RPG, since you play the role of Rayne, the half vampire. I also take this to mean the Unreal Tournament 2003 is an RPG, since you take on the role of your guy in order to shoot people. Your definition is too broad and puts just about every game on the market that has characters in it in the category of RPG.SSJVegita0609 wrote:It is an RPG. RPG stands for Role Playing Game. In this game, you play the role of Sora, who is taken through a mystical adventure involving a crack-headed duck and a brain-dead dog, its that simple. The story is extremely similar to any FF game and that's good enough for me. *SPOILER* Anyone got any tips for Sephiroth? He and that crazy thing at the the clocktower in Neverland are the only two things left for me to beat. I just hate that damn Sin Harvest. Nine out of ten times I stop it, but that one time always gets me...

The real purpose of my post was after the spoiler warning. I figured the crack-headed duck comment would lead people to the conclusion that I was being sarcastic. In any event, RPGs mainly focus on you playing a role in a larger, cinema-like story, which Kingdom Hearts does. However, I personally would classify it as an action/RPG.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
