I enjoyed that, especially all those visuals you borrowed from KareKano. I'd never be able to tell if I didn't know where they were from.
Very nice use of (artificial) coloring, it ends up being a really bright video and keeps up more visual/mood consistency than it would've without the extra coloring/overlays. I have to admit, I have no idea what was going on in the background story-wise besides generic drama plus a few funny-like bits etc. - but pretty visuals are pretty, and it flows nicely.
Very well done!

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Thanks, I had doubts that the fireworks scene might feel a little bit too out of place but it made such a nice ending that I decided to keep it ;3u_queen wrote:EDIT: Awesome O_O
I adore how you used the Karekano scenes. Also, the last part with the fireworks was loveable. It was a little overfiltered but, that's something you already know.
thanks man you know I'm usually not much for using distracting effects but as a first try it was really hard not to make them seem too plastic, next time I'll definately try to integrate them moreDaCoolGohan wrote:Pretty good video, the effects seemed to be a bit heavy so I got kind of distracted by the effects you were using at certain times but overall a pretty good video. 4/5

Actually when I was watching KareKano the backgrounds and the abstract stuff in the series was what caught my eye first and I instantly was planning on someday using them in an AMV ;> There isn't much of a background story, as you noticed yourself the main point was for it to be a more bright and pretty video. Thanks a lot for the feedbackOtohiko wrote:I enjoyed that, especially all those visuals you borrowed from KareKano. I'd never be able to tell if I didn't know where they were from.![]()

Well actually I didn't say that it sucks, or at least I don't remember saying that because actually it has a nice touch to it due to the Kare Kano scenes which are very atmospheric bg/anims. Just the basic Shonen Ai presence does make the video a bit less enjoyable and I don't really get what the whole videos message might be. Editingwise it is a step forward for you and thus very good to start with. Now do an angsty Metal video in AE.Ingow wrote:Yeah and when you were finally sober you realized that I already sent you this weeks ago and that it sucked :pWarheart wrote:Ill tgethn that when I'ms soder

Holy crap Ingow
This video was awesome! I especially loved the way you played with the colors, and the way you used the "box" effect in cool ways...basically this video just has a really cool, unique style about it. I also LOVE the feeling I get from this video, it's so happy!
Seriously, this video is pure greatness, and probably the best I've seen from you. Very very nice work!
