Yeah, I know this movie came out before most of you were born, but I'm an old fart, so humour me.

I tried to stay as true to the look and design elements of the original trailer as possible. And there's just something about Death Note--its deadly serious tone in general--that just makes me want to fool with it.

I'm just shocked that nobody had used this trailer before I did.

Of course, I keep forgetting the damn movie's 20 YEARS OLD. I *swear* it just came out like last week or something.

I disliked the re-use of that color scene thingers..but the trailer was pretty good.

Understandable. I copied the format of the original trailer exactly, and I thought they used it too much in there, too. But because I had decided to use the motif, I stuck with it.

Trailers in 1987 weren't nearly as slick as they are today.
