"the org" is the short-hand name for this site, or at least thats what most of the people I know call it.

I think it's because there was (or there still is? I'm not sure, I haven't been in a long time) an AnimeMusicVideos.com but this site is AnimeMusicVideos.org so we call it "the org"

My second post was to pas1990, saying that you called him "dear" because his avatar is a girl character.
