Woah, a very good job on this AMV. Loved the storytelling, and a lot of the effects (although heavy at times) were well placed and very effective.

I didn't particularly like the song, but that's only because of my own lame music taste.

5/5 and deservedly so. Great job!

Well, first gotta give ya the kudos for using Apartment 26, I love their stuff and have always wanted to see some quality vids to it. Unfortunately I was a bit let down on this one.

Like it's been said before, this vid could of had so much more to it. Not to say it didn't have a point or story, but it wasn't too exciting to watch after a little while. I say that because the flow and style seemed pretty flat for large portions of the vid, like it was capturing the lyrics but not holding my interest by taking a firm hold on the instruments or the intensity of the song. The style and pace of the vid didn't grab me at all. I've seen FMP and personally was kinda drifting for the first couple minutes. Not to say it needs to be loaded with action/eye candy, but the scene selection and pacing of the first two minutes was very flat.

The only technical thing that got on my nerves were the sheer amount of quick fades to black scattered everywhere. It seemed that after every sentence of lyrics, there was a fade to black. That made the scenes look very choppy to me.

A solid effort, but this vid needed a bit more attention to all parts of the music as well as the raw tempo of the song to really scratch the surface. Keep up the effort!

@CCR:
Hey you better upload your stuff ;)

@Unlimited Rice:
Thx

@Kaxi:
Apartment 26 are instant win. I dig every song of them. I´m happy you liked it. Uhm... I never used Particle Illusions in an amv. It´s all After Effects ;)

@Full Metal Sempai:
It´s wonderful to see people that still like it without reading the pdf.

@Pas:
Cool.

Apartment 26 \m/
Yeah I guess I wil make another amv with a song from them. Maybe one of the two instrumental bonus tracks or "Kick to the head". Mhmm... My best friend Mac started an amv with "Fear", but I know him good enough to know that there is only a chance of 5% for the amv to be finished =P I also thought about a MEP, but yeah I´m don´t know if I really should start one ^^
I say that because the flow and style seemed pretty flat for large portions of the vid
It´s really hard to visualize the energy and I know I didn´t turned out the way I wanted. You can imagine how excited I was, when I finished the intro with the neat (imo) particle effects, but more and more it didn´t turned out well. It eats up a lot of motivation, but I´m still glad to see the finished version. However I thought for a long time that this might be my biggest amv fail.
The only technical thing that got on my nerves were the sheer amount of quick fades to black scattered everywhere.
Yeah I guess that this is my personal style. Sry ^^
but this vid needed a bit more attention to all parts of the music as well as the raw tempo of the song to really scratch the surface.
That´s true, but it´s hard to find a point to start.

All in all you told my thoughts on the vid. Excluding the fade outs. =P Personally I would give this 4 stars.

Thank you for watching.
*goes and searches new song for a maybe next Ap26 amv*

Nice character profile. Liked the concept and editing. Nothing astonishing but really well-done.

Very solid video indeed. The editing itself was near flawless and the parts where you used overlaying fractal noise layers were awesome. Also loved the color corrections and the text. The FX were top notch. A little problem is that, as Warheart said, the parts where you used AE nd the ones where you used Premiere were too dsitinguishable. The story was easy to get and the mood was great too. But I still thik "Seen It" is your best vid ;P
