One more time round the announcement checklist! AWA's "Expo" contest, the biggest and most free-form of our contests has a deadline coming up at the end of this week! Everyone get your submissions together and start registering for all the ftp accounts you're gonna need to get those files uploaded!
For those who haven't seen it before, the Expo contest is the free-for-all... any videos, any subject, any source. Up to two hours of submissions per person! Judging is done ad-hoc by the VAT staff and anyone I can con to sit through one of our marathon AMV sessions. (Incidentally, any editors in the Atlanta area who want to help out with the judging, just PM me for directions. We can use all the help we can get!) Our biggest contest every year, but also where some of the most unusual and interesting entries turn up.
