Strangely enough, i've only reciently realized how bloated firefox has become. 10-20 tabs of forum threads (the only time i ever open that many tabs at once) is no problem, but i tried opening more than 10 tabs for Will it Blend videos and i was struck with 450MB+ pagefile load from firefox alone.

192 tabs seems to kill my rig >_>

Thanks for the help guys but lets try to win by spreading the word rather then just using scripts.

Since no one's said it (unless it was in the mod-edited post):

Isn't this cheating? What's the point if your work doesn't win on its own merit?

The video is hosted on THAT site, which isn't supposed to be linked to here. And it doesn't have any anime in it. Why was this thread allowed in Gen AMV? What does it have to do with amvs aside from using this forum to give a tube video an unfair advantage over its competitors?

/note I did click the video, so you still got a hit from me, I just don't think the thread belongs in the general forum

He isn't asking us to click farm for him, so no, this is exactly how it's supposed to work - not cheating at all.

As for your other concerns... they're legitimate and you raise good points (though they make you look like an uncaring member of the community by voicing them - I'm not saying you are, or that I think you are, but that's how it looks).

Asking to spread the word and take a look isn't cheating. As metro said a few posts ago, we don't want people to just refresh and try to cheat the video. It's not getting an unfair advantage because this is how the contest works.

Since it relates to editing, I think it should be allowed. It's not like he's spamming the forum with links or anything, it's a polite thread that isn't hurting anyone by being here.
