All Things Awesome List
Ok, since I'm pressing to get a certain extremely delayed MEP out by 23:59 PST today, I won't be able to do this fast enough by myself. This list is a crucial part and I won't be able to search for all these things on my own so I'm enlisting your help.
I need you guys to help me make a list of amazing things that have happened between January 26, 2006 and now. That's a full 18.5 months of stuff. In order to keep this "On-Topic", I'd like it to stay AMV-Related. So any AMV that was released from January last year to about now, that was considered astounding by the general public as well as anything interesting that happened in the AMV 'World' in general, list them here. Hopefully, I can find other things later.
Thanks.

The video so fucking great that it even beat out Skittles and won best of show at Acen. Really. Honest. Would I lie?
Had absolutely zero impact on the community but this is probably what I'd consider the most 'amazing' vid recently. I actually mean that.
Since we're talking about more than just videos lets not forget about Ch3aLs3A L!n@, BlaCk_PeArL_27, kickass331, Proud Asian, and Hatters return. All four (or five if you think the first two listed were actually two different people) had a notable, although brief, impact on the site at one point or another.
OT came back and we all learned a valuable lesson, when we can talk about anything we want it turns out we don't really want to talk about much at all.
Bannings caused some drama. They're also measured in months rather than weeks now, at least for repeat cases.
Sierra and silvermoon are in the process of leaving or coming back or leaving again. I haven't bothered keeping track.
Phade had another child. Which means he's the only AMVer who has actually had sex in the last year and a half.
zIRC is dying. Unless, of course, it isn't.
