sure, if one of the others backs out you'll be the first one in.I assume you mean that you need a room
...or we could just have you sleep on the couch

5 people in the room brings the price per person down to $105 per person (including tax, down from $131.67)

if you guys don't want to help me out with the tax just let me know and I'll post a revised price (tax is $64.68)

I don't really want to have more than 5 people in the room. I can start a waiting list if anyone else wants to join

I'm fine with 5 people in a room, myself. I don't need too much space to sleep, etc.

But still, if you guys thing 5 is reasonable, I'm for it.
I'll cover the costs as neccesary. This is all in my range as far as AWA budget goes

I'm trying to keep my budget for the entire trip at or under $300. The room is going to be the most expensive part, but under $150 and I should be fine.

You got me wrong. I can't come this year anyways, but the thought of missing out on you 4 together saddens me. I call floor for next year though

Alright, I've sort of worked out my plans and I'm hoping to budget all of that into ~$500. By the looks of it, I think I should be fine! Looks like I'll be coming down from Chicago in the same company as CrackTheSky - which is good cause it's more likely that way for me not to get lost looking for the hotel/room there
