special effects forum?
I have a feeling that won't be around for very long.

Special effects forum is still in the works more or less. I'm jumping the gun here but I'm pretty sure ones everything is up, people will put it to good use. I just haven't found the time to write everything up yet ^^;

Ontopic: I'd kick WMM into "Other Video Editing Systems" and give Vegas its own run.

A lot of people who need help use WMM, so thus I think the topic is just fine how it is.

Frankly, who cares if some forums are not as popular as others. I'd be happy if there were forums for these editing systems - Sony Vegas, Magix Movie Editor, Roxio, AVID. It doesn't matter if they're popular or not, at least people will know where to get help and not get confused in "Other Video Editing Systems."

If you can't figure out to put your questions about other video editing systems in the Other Video Editing Systems forum, maybe you shouldn't be posting here at all. I don't think this has really been a problem; sure, there are a couple wrongly-placed threads here and there, but moving those is probably easier than setting up and maintaining specific forums that wouldn't get enough activity to justify having them there at all in the first place.

...Fine, but a lot of newcomers don't even read the rules or those small text at all anyway. :shock:
