How do I report a dead Indirect link ?

The Indirect download link for v=6158 goes to a nonexistent website. Is there a system for reporting dead links ?

There used to be. And when the creator got a 'link down' message, it went to this page:

I don't know why they got rid of that button. It's still useful on those indirect videos. The site automatically checks the direct links.
