First off, I'd be more interested if it didn't feel like a full third of the video was you recycling the OP to match the same parts of the song. It would be impossible for anyone who's seen the anime to miss that one.
Second, video quality. What the hell? A lot of this video looks like utter crap, but you probably know that. Maybe this is tied to the gratuitous effects.
Third, yes, the gratuitous effects. Are they just there to distract me from the lack of coherency and the crappy video quality? If so, they aren't cutting it. Honestly, these are overdone to the point where it's just repulsive. This is supposed to be an AMV, not a winamp visualization.
Fourth, the text. I assume you were trying to emulate the style of the OP. Well, bad news: as soon as you started the effects, you left that behind. The result is a bunch of text that fucks with video flow something awful because of how it draws the eye.
At least you know how to synch. That's something, right? Small favors...

Holy shit.. That has to be one of the worst video's I have ever seen to black lagoon.. I really hope this is a joke from your end because this is truly a piece of crap.. I don't mind noobs that cant even sync as much as shit compositions like in this video.. Along with that your encoding is seriously EPIC FAIL.. seriously get with the program kid..
