Poor Unfortunate Souls- Spirited Away
I actually managed to do a decent job of lip-syncing Yubaba to Ursula on this one. I'm very proud of that, because it certainly was not easy to do. This is also my first video using masking.
PS- Thanks to everyone here that answered my many, many questions while I was making this. All your advice really helped me make this as good as it is.

Wow, thanks, everyone!
I don't know how to reply to the quick comments, so I'll leave a response here. Someone asked me why I mixed the music from the movie and the CD for this instead of just grabbing it from the movie. I did want dialogue from the movie that wasn't on the CD version, but I also didn't want all of the extra sound effects (bubbles and things) that was in the background of the movie version. So I thought splicing the two together could be a good compromise.

but it was a very interesting concept and pretty well done considering...
I probably would have dropped more of the lipsync (considering the person who you were trying to lipsync) and went for more lyric sync though

It was difficult to do such extensive lip-syncing with Yubaba, but that's part of the reason why I wanted to do this one. I feel I've learned a lot about lip-syncing through this video and I've definitely improved through it. I think next time I try an easier character to lip-sync I can do it almost flawlessly using what I've learned from this experience.

haha thats was ratehr good. Has potential to be better true, but I liked what you did with it, and i love the idea. The audio fits with the scenes in the movie surprisingly well, and you choose scenes pretty much perfectly. The lip sync isn't perfect, but isn't any worse than you'd expect the animation companies to do themselves, given a TV broadcast budget. Length actually didn't bother me much because I wanted to see where you went with it next. Replay value probably isn't very high though because of it once you've already seen it though.
The only other gripe is that the end seems to just end abruptly. It would've probably helped if you faded it out slowly. Its already over 6 mins, a second or 2 more won't hurt much more ;p
