You had me worried for a minute there. I noticed that it was getting towards the end of the day and you hadn't uploaded a new video yet. I was afraid you'd stop doing one a day or something.

How to say this... I know that you had some hard time with it but I have no other choice but to diappoint you. This one isn't much better than your last. I see that you were trying to use some effects but the result is like splashing a canvas with some totally random colors. You can't call that a picture. Also the loop was one of the most annoying things I've ever seen in a video - I mean, your other vids were at least moving. You used a song full of distinct beats but you left them almost without attention. I just have to ask - is this the level you desire? I mean, do you enjoy watching a video like this? And if you don't like your video even a little bit and see flaws on it, why don't you rework it?

I don't know if anyone can give you any other advice than those you already got in your numerous announcement threads (I guess that it's time to reread them all and think about what makes your vids so bad). I thought for a while that you slowed down in releasing your videos and are really trying to take your time. Well, you didn't and this is the result.

What to do with this? Rome wasn't built in a day, so can't be a good vid (at least a vid five minutes long with no pre-planning or solid concept) . So try to stop your urge to get the video released as quickly as possible and start being really critical towards yourself.
If you are really impatient and can't wait, try some really short song or just some song segment and make the best work possible on it. Even if you release just twenty seconds long fragment and it's good, I will applaud you. One minute long loop won't really get you anywhere.

I only like the titles of your amv. Seriously... they are the only things that are well done in your amvs.

Wake up and put more effort in editing. Why don´t you try something?
Just say to yourself: "Ok I work on this amv for a week. No matter what happens or if it is already edited, I search something that I can improve and I´ll improve it until the week is up."

Give it a try and see what´s possible, but spare us everyday a bad amv.
