I highly suggest John Desire (their tracks can be found on Toshiba-EMI's Dancemania series of compilation albums).

Eurobeat. I don't think you'll find their songs anywhere outside of the Dancemania albums and the Dance Dance Revolution soundtracks (by the way, the same people are also behind Eurobeat Lovers).
