While technically this AMV is done properly it looses in the terms of concept.
Until it was only OMG I thought of it as enjoyable slow AMV with nice mood. But then suddenly Hoshi no Koe barged in, and everything was ruined. First of all the change didn't have any connection in the scenes you used (good examples of what I mean were changes Hoshi no Koe -> Pale Coccoon and Beyond the Clouds -> Chrno Crusade.). Second of all they are like completely opposite thing, not only in terms of different drawing style, cuz that is easy to skip, but one is a story about angels and magic, while the second have giant robot fighting in space. You killed both the story and the mood with just that one change.
But going forward. Change to Pale Coccon, as I stated was nice, but then again you just jump into Beyond the clouds without any reason. Again it's different mood, different scenery, different world... While such abrupt changes wouldn't be so annoying if you would mix the series it defienietly doesn't work if you are splitting the amv into "anime tracks" - liek you did. While the bar effect isn't bad it's there for too long. It could really use some variation - even the small change from horizontal to vertical, would bring some fresh air here.
Again we change the anime - this the change itself is done really nicely, so good job on that, but it's a completely different world again... We are back to angels and magic. And while we are at that track - those names from Chrno Crusade opening looked kinda out of it.
So geting this all into short compilation - whle the scenes you choosed are well fitting to lyrics, and are not bad synched to the instruments, the abrupt changes killed any chance for good mood or story for this vid. And with this kind of slow synch, the mood should be one of the first priority for you.
