I meant like what character has the best weapon and the character with the best attack.

For the couples: Id choose Kenshin and Tomoe or Vageta and Bulma

As for Fan Made Pairing I have made (not yaoi): I did Hiko and those 2 girls from the Oniwanbanshuu hangout place who go ga ga over him.
