I want to nominate Gannon/Gannondorf of the Zelda series. He's one of the very few I know who was evil from beginning to the end in any series, videogame or anime. Unlike others, he never had a past of being a goodguy turned bad, and he never repented for his evil deeds seconds before his death/defeat. And I also nominate Mujuru, the blind samauri of Ninja Scroll, he's blind AND a better swordsman than the protagonist, Jubei. Genma's cool too
