Which words do they use the most? (baka,nane', oro)?

Definitely depends on the genre of anime.

Oy, Ah, Nn, Hn, Ch Che or K'so (short for chikushou, meaning damn it), and Eh are all typical of anime that revolve around crude or rude male characters.

Baka tends to get used as an insult, but in most anime I've seen, it was done to make the viewer laugh (YYH - Kuwa goes ballistic every time Hiei calls him that).

Nani is pretty common, but most of the ones I've seen say it were male and it was used almost as a curse word - like wtf?!. Nan desu ka gets used by the females more often (again, in the anime I've seen).

With the girls you get other sounds, but I haven't watched enough shoujo anime to really mark similarities. I know arigato (or arigatou) gets said in ever female anime I've ever seen, and hai (yes) is everywhere (though again - the males in the anime I've watched tend to say 'aah' or 'Ah' rather than a regular 'hai' for affirmative. And just check any hentai - the word iya (no) is probably most prevalent. ^_^;;

I write fanfiction - characteristic 'sounds' don't translate well, so I keep them just the way the characters use them in the anime. ^.~

So damn annoying... and then the worst part is that they actually laugh at Japanese folk speaking Engrish, or Engrish in General.

In *every* sentence? Yes. But a word now and then from one anime fan to another? No.

Besides, reading someone write a Japanese word (if they spell it correctly) is different from hearing someone mispronounce an English word. You'd have to keep the comparisons equal - for instance, complain about how annoying it is when people run around spouting random Japanese words that sound nothing like they should and then have the nerve to complain when Japanese songs toss in a random English word and mispronounce it. That's annoying. ^_^;

In which makes my learning Japanese even harder for fear of having people think I am one of those ignorant hypocrites. Speaking it outside of the class is basically unheard of with me... unless I am practicing from flashcards. At my level, conversations are that of kindergardeners, so attempting to speak anything worth saying would be rediculous. However not practicing is catching up with me on the quizes... basically stabbing myself in the eye. -_x

Practice in private. ^.~ If you have an ear for languages, you can get your pronunciation down *pat* by mimicking anime (in Japanese, of course). This from someone who's never taken a class...but I've been told my pronunciation is excellent just from mimicking. Nothing wrong with praciticing with anime - as long as no one can hear you repeating the typical phrases. ;p

Here's a new one I've been hearing lately, 'specially in Chrno Crusade and Kimonozo Eien: "daijobu?" Seems like someone says "oy" when they're trying to get your attention or stop you from talking. The best phrase I've ever heard so far in an anime is "butai yaro" and you can find that in Hellsing.

Yeah, you don't want to mimick the high pitched girly voices. I usually stick with calm - intermediate level (not too high or low) voiced characters - especially the ones who also do the music (much easier to learn a language if I can sing it first). But I only mimick the sound of the words - not the pitch of the people saying them.

There are only one or two voice actors who have the same pitch voice as me - namely Megumi Ogata (Kurama, YYH) - singing or speaking, our voices are pretty much on the same level. So that works. ^_^
