Are these offers bootlegs? (The topic)

I can't quite tell because I've boughten some pretty good deals that seem not to be bootlegs (They look professionally made, they have all the extras featured in the original package, they have the correct cover, English and Japanese Languages including subtitles.) I wanna know before hand because I do plan on buying the rest of the RahXephon DVDs and 2-3 of the volumes are around these prices. Please help.

There's a handy rule of thumb here: if it looks too good to be true, chances are it is.
