Need help ID-ing the artist and version of the song

For the life of me, I can't figure out the real artist of this piece. I keep reading conflicting labels on the same versions of this song, so I was hoping that someone actually owned an album with this piece on it and could give me a for-sure artist.

The only thing I know for positive is that the vocalist is Yana Kay. I think it's Sunchase feat. Yana Kay, and I don't think it has anything to do with Pendulum at all. I also believe that this is a remix of the original, and so I also want to know what the remix title is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
