Okay, I sent my entry to the e-mail address, would have had it done yesterday but something came up. Anyways, I wanted to ask. I labeled the files with the name "Ijexis" but I just re-read the rules and the example had, "John Smith", just wanted to let you know, hope it isn't a big deal.

It's not a big deal. Nobody really follows it. As long as I download both the form and video together it's fine. Just something the previous coordinator had 2 years ago to make identfing the videos easier.

I really wish I could attend, but it'd be a bit difficult to get there with my schedule
