Feedback on cataloged Anime Music Videos

Forum rules
Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Think of it this way:

Ileia's like Gucci. I'm like the street vendor who sells fake Gucci products. Mine are crappier...BUT they're a hell of a lot cheaper.

What can I say? I had a day off today. Hadda spend it doing something.

Also, I know the frame size is weird - it's because I cropped out the letterboxes. I didn't crop out any actual video, so don't worry.

Buddy, don't make me out like I'm trying to keep you down! Not like I'm the only person to ever make an Animatrix video or that I think mine is the best. SO THERE.

Good job, Cracklins, rap..uh..stuff is always fun to edit with, isn't it? (and Animatrix is god for internal sync to pretty much ANYTHING, so that makes it all the more fun :up: )

me checks this out right now.

EDIT: Well.. That was interesting. Just as Ileia said, internal sync for the win. I had hard time liking the song (rap doesn't get me.. uh..) but your clip selections were interesting, even if there wasn't a solid concept behind it. It looked like.. twisted?

Hmm, can't figure much to say about this. It was well edited and nicely synced and stuff, but way too random for my liking. Fun to watch though~ 3.5/5 :up:

Infected Mushroom's Artillery ? Awesome, I always wanted to see a nice video with that song. Feedback will follow via edit.

Haha, nice one. Nothing fancy but still a good proof that you can create an interesting video without much effects like Tormentor said sitting next to me this morning. I liked the internal sync as well. I guess I'll watch it from time to time. :)

I always had this idea of Samurai Champloo as anime in my head though, but now I know that Animatrix works just as well, good stuff :up: I especially like the intro with the CrackTheSky text :up:

and bah @ all the rap haters, this isn't even all that much rap.... =\

EDIT: hahaha now this is the stuff I preffer to watch more :3, I'm not to fond to this kind of songs but I liked it. Editing was very good, still I would have liked to see more internal synch or more beat synch lol. But this has to be one of my favs from you, loved how you used the footage in general :)
