<--- You see the little bunny? Don´t trust him! He´s a lier. Forget him and my last happy amv (my "Nur geträumt MEP" part) because the angst is back and it came with her friends: war, violence, obscene, loneliness, death, improsenment,... just say they´re a lot! I made with this project a few videos I always wanted to make and I´m statisfied. Maybe you know that there is most of the time angst and such other content in my amvs, but I think I´ve reached a new (high? I guess above average, but please tell me!) level of horror with this amv.

So what´s this shit about?
It´s an epic story splitted into video segments. Yes there are parralells between this amv and "Dead to the world", but please trust me: The only same things are the music artist and the fact that there is a longer story (my own) in it. Nothing more!

Any technical details?
-There is now only the x264 version avaible, because I don´t have webspace. If somebody wants to host it, than I would be very happy ^^ Maybe I´ll upload it on stage6.com (free online video streaming + download for DivX/Xvid without a loose of quality. I recommend this site, because it simply kicks boochsack´s ass to death).
-There is a use of live action material in it. The majority is anime and only one segment is completly live action. I don´t think that this is a problem for amv fans, because the segment doesn´t sting out as live action source.
-Be aware that there is a lot of experimental stuff in it. I think that fans of traditional action amvs will only have theire fun in 2 seconds.
-I don´t recommend this amv for people under the age of 16 or 13 at least.

Anything I can do to better understand this video?
-Deus Machina is latin and means: God Machine.
-It´s good to know what the core plot of the movie The Matrix and the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion + Raxephon are.
-To completly understand the segment (but it´s not necessary) "Reign" in this amv, you should watch "Animatrix - The second Renesaince". You´ll notice that the lyrics of the song "King Kill 33°" are working perfect with the footage.

I should thank Beo too for inspiration, but it´s still my own stuff, story etc. Don´t see this thing as ripp off please. MM offers an music that´s just perfect to tell stories and well I´m a huge MM fan too.

I was pretty suprised. I already liked your Connichi Vid last year to an extend and actually this video suprised me as well. It might not make much sense or at least the storyline is not as comprehensive and well told as it could be but I like the idea and the story itself. Still the video has some weakspots being weird grammar and word choices as well as the fact that some of the parts are just out of place in my opinion like "Love for the Forbidden". I just didn't get why there was a random action track in the middle of the video. But I guess the major advantage of this video is the very strong atmosphere it creates since I must say the music (as crazy as it might sound) was appealing and moreover the sources and the scenes where chosen wisely in most cases. So the lack of editing and effects, was filled up with intelligent sceneusage and moodbased sync, in some parts. I guess this video is no keeper but I'll watch at a couple of times and if you did this to get more people to give the music a listen you did well I guess since I'll reconsider to give it a listen once in a while. So pretty good work. And I guess not many folks will agree but I think this is better than Dead to the World, maybe should watch it again ...

I agree. There are weakpoints. Gregg mentioned this part as being too randomn or too less randomn (Gregg,... You know what I mean). Afterwards (so: now, while I´m sitting here drunk from going out with my friends...) I have another idea for this part: only Elfenlied.
However: it´s over! And the way it is now: it´s ok, but I know it could be better. The grammer of course too. You sit there in front of your monitor and you know: "Damn... there must be mistakes!"... the problem is you can´t change them ´cause:
1. I´m in a hurry for Japan Expo 07
2. I´ve new ideas that want to be completed
3. The feeling everybody knows: You´re just sick of your own project. You´ve spent too much time with it.
